That is why the ASDs of Namur and Verviers, as well as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/f%C3%A9d%C3%A9ration-de-l%27aide-et-des-soins-%C3%A1domicile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Home Care and Support Federation<\/a> were present.<br><br>The development of a sociocratic governance model at ASD Namur, our HR management training programme and our joint work on well-being at work were on the agenda of the presentations that fuelled discussions and exchanges between professionals on the challenge of ethically reinvented organisations.<br><br>All of these are building blocks of a collective edifice, supported by a diversity of perspectives and practices.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les Journ\u00e9es Itin\u00e9rantes Francophones d\u2019\u00c9thique des Soins de Sant\u00e9 (JIFESS), organis\u00e9es ces 20 et 21 novembre \u00e0 Reims, sont un moment fort pour les professionnels de sant\u00e9 et du secteur social.
