Elle favorise le travail en r\u00e9seau afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des patient\u00b7es\/b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires. Pour ce faire, elle peut compter sur la collaboration de plus de 750 professionnel\u00b7les (aides familial\u00b7es, infirmier\u00b7es, aides-soignant\u00b7es, gardes \u00e0 domicile, coordinateur\u00b7rices, aide-m\u00e9nager\u00b7es social\u00b7es, ouvrier\u00b7es polyvalent\u00b7es, pu\u00e9riculteur\u00b7rices, etc.).<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your tasks:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>SERVICE AT THE BENEFICIARY'S PREMISES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Housekeeping, in accordance with the instructions laid down by the social worker:<\/li>\n<li>Organising your work.<\/li>\n<li>Use the appropriate cleaning products and equipment (supplied by the beneficiary), and apply the appropriate techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Adapting to the customer's habits<\/li>\n<li>For people losing their independence or experiencing difficulties:<\/li>\n<li>Be attentive to the beneficiary's situation in terms of hygiene and home adaptations.<\/li>\n<li>Encourage the beneficiary to develop, maintain or restore their independence.<\/li>\n<li>Listening to the customer's situation.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate your actions into a preventive framework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WORKING AS PART OF A TEAM OF DOMESTIC HELPERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working as part of a team under the supervision of a social worker<\/li>\n<li>Working with and passing on all relevant information to the team of household helpers and their social assistant to ensure continuity of assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>INTERDISCIPLINARY WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain ongoing collaboration with all ASD departments and internal stakeholders in order to ensure continuity and quality of support.<\/li>\n<li>Be part of an interdisciplinary team providing home help and care, liaising with other professionals (both within and outside the ASD) for any tasks that are beyond your competence.<\/li>\n<li>Pass on any useful information to the social worker<\/li>\n<li>Get involved and participate in the partnership initiatives developed by the ASD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CROSS-FUNCTIONAL MISSIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote and guarantee the functioning and values of ASD.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that its professional activities are in line with its quality charter.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate one's actions in accordance with the rules of professional ethics, duty of discretion, professional secrecy and shared secrecy.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with safety standards and apply basic rules to avoid any risk to your health (accidents and illness).<\/li>\n<li>Complete the various administrative documents and strictly adhere to the relevant instructions and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in meetings (team meetings, coordination meetings, general staff meetings, etc.) and comply with the decisions made and\/or actions to be taken.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in training courses (by assessing your needs and consulting with your social worker) and ensure that the skills you acquire are put into practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Profile required:<\/h3>\n<h5><strong>Required skills<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate expertise in housekeeping (cleaning, tidying, laundry and ironing).<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate an ability to work in an organised department and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Know how to work in an interdisciplinary way, referring to other professionals for any tasks that go beyond his\/her remit.<\/li>\n<li>Knowing how to adapt your approach to situations at home.<\/li>\n<li>Knowing how to work independently at home while respecting service guidelines, team decisions and beneficiaries in the context of their daily lives.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate an ability to observe, reflect, analyse and communicate information about situations encountered.<\/li>\n<li>Developing a sense of human contact, listening skills and the ability to build relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Being able to react in exceptional circumstances.<\/li>\n<li>Be rigorous in following administrative instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with the rules of professional conduct, duty of discretion, professional secrecy and shared
