Elle favorise le travail en r\u00e9seau afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des patient\u00b7es\/b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires. Pour ce faire, elle peut compter sur la collaboration de plus de 750 professionnel\u00b7les\u00a0(aides familial\u00b7es, infirmier\u00b7es, aides-soignant\u00b7es, gardes \u00e0 domicile, coordinateur\u00b7rices, aide-m\u00e9nager\u00b7\u00e8es social\u00b7es, ouvrier\u00b7es polyvalent\u00b7es, pu\u00e9riculteur\u00b7rices, etc.).<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your tasks:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>PRESTATION CHEZ LE B\u00c9N\u00c9FICIAIRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assurer l\u2019entretien m\u00e9nager, selon les consignes \u00e9tablies par l\u2019assistant social\u00a0:<\/li>\n<li>Organiser son travail.<\/li>\n<li>Utiliser les produits d\u2019entretien et le mat\u00e9riel ad\u00e9quats (fournis par le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire), et appliquer les techniques appropri\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019adapter aux habitudes du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire<\/li>\n<li>Chez les personnes en perte d\u2019autonomie ou en difficult\u00e9\u00a0:<\/li>\n<li>\u00catre attentif\u00b7ve \u00e0 la situation du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire en mati\u00e8re d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne ou d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du logement.<\/li>\n<li>Encourage the beneficiary to develop, maintain or supervision de l\u2019assistant\u00b7e social\u00b7e<\/li>\n<li>Collaborer et relayer toute information pertinente au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019aides m\u00e9nager\u00b7es et \u00e0 son assistant\u00b7e social\u00b7e dans un souci de garantir la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019aide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TRAVAIL EN INTERDISCIPLINARIT\u00c9<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain ongoing collaboration with all ASD departments and internal stakeholders in order to ensure continuity and quality of support.<\/li>\n<li>Be part of an interdisciplinary team providing home help and care, liaising with other professionals (both within and outside the ASD) for any tasks that are beyond your competence.<\/li>\n<li>Relayer toute information utile aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019assistant\u00b7e
