Upon receipt of a request, a member of the Coordination Centre will contact the applicant to arrange a meeting and analyse their needs.

In collaboration with the beneficiary, their family and friends, and their attending physician, a support and care plan is proposed.

The centre works with the entire local network and psycho-medical-social actors, without exclusivity or obligation. Each beneficiary is therefore free to choose their service providers.
