Who are we?
Home Help and Care Liège – Huy – Waremme, in partnership with the Mutualité Chrétienne de Liège, offers and coordinates integrated, multidisciplinary home help and care services in the districts of Liège, Huy and Waremme.
It promotes networking in order to meet patients' needs.
To achieve this, it can count on the collaboration of more than 750 professionals (family carers, nurses, nursing assistants, home carers, coordinators, social domestic helpers, multi-skilled workers, childcare workers, etc.).
Your responsibilities
As part of a team and within an interdisciplinary working environment, the nurse's role is to provide comprehensive care (nursing and psychosocial) at home to a group of assigned patients, in order to maintain, improve or restore their health and well-being and promote their independence. You will work under the responsibility of the Head Nurse in your sector, as part of care rounds, and will be responsible for monitoring patients and managing administrative documents (maintaining nursing records, monitoring medical prescriptions, etc.).
Desired profile
- Hold a nursing degree (bachelor's degree, certified), a VISA authorising you to practise as a nurse and an INAMI number (the application can be made at the time of recruitment).
- Hold a category B driving licence.
- Have a team spirit
- Placing the patient at the centre of one's priorities
- You prioritise quality and continuity of care
- You are dynamic, organised, reliable, flexible and conscientious.
- You are self-reliant and able to work in a team.
- You are thorough in following up on your cases.
