Your responsibilities

As an internal social services worker, you provide tailored responses to employees' personal requests in order to improve their quality of life. You help to promote and maintain social cohesion within the organisation.

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree with a focus on social sciences. 
  • You hold a category B driving licence and have access to a vehicle. 
  • You have good listening and communication skills, both oral and written. You can adapt your approach to suit your audience in order to facilitate contact and build trust in a neutral space/setting. 
  • You are proficient in individual interview techniques (case history, follow-up, mediation, etc.) and maintaining the framework. 
  • You have a good knowledge of the support network in Liège, covering the following areas: social and financial insecurity, domestic violence, mental health, dependency and drug addiction. 
  • You have a keen sense of discretion and respect for confidentiality.  
  • You have strong analytical and creative skills that contribute to the development of social services. 
  • You are able to work independently and proactively, taking into account the instructions received.
